Chicken breast – calibrated and sustainable
A whole chicken breast weighs about 230 grams. Too much for one portion? That's why we make exactly what you need: Breaded chicken fillet or chicken breast in 80, 100 and 120 grams.
How do we do that?
For our great calibrated chicken products we only use whole, fresh chicken breasts.
We put the seasoned meat into a process where 1 to 3 chicken breasts are put into a calibrated mould to achieve the desired piece weight.
As the individual piece consists of up to 3 chicken breasts, it must be declared as "formed meat".
