Convection-Stove
after preheating stove (120 °C/ 90 % moisture), put the frozen product its the tray onto a perforated stainless steel GN-tray and heat for approx. 70 minutes
Pot
put the over night defrosted product into a pot, cover it completly with gravy and let it simmer with a li d on for approx. 20 minutes
